If you would like to run for an open Director position, please submit your name to the Association and your name will be placed on the Proxy and In-person Ballot for the 2024 Annual Meeting. For your name to be on the ballot at the Annual Meeting, all nominations must be received by September 19, 2024.

You may (1) mail to: Foxwood c/o KRJ Management, 1800 Augusta Dr., Suite 200, Houston, Texas 77057, or (2) email to smile@krjcares.com. If your nomination is received timely, your name will be placed on the ballot.

Beryl certainly shook up our summer, but we still enjoyed seeing you at the pool! Unfortunately it’s time to close down for the season. We’ll see you again next year, Foxwood Friends!

October 5 – No registration needed. Signs may be used, but must be removed after the sale. The sale is advertised in several community papers and a sign is displayed up front for a week.

The Collections Policy is active and any owners with a balance due are encouraged to pay prior to the September Board meeting. Please contact your KRJ Management at 713-600-4000 for help making payments.

Pickup of vegetative debris left by Hurricane Beryl has begun around the neighborhood. Please be patient with this ongoing process as the crews make their way through the neighborhood.

Pool reopen Saturday 8/3/24!

For those who have registered and paid for pool passes, they will be available for pick up at the Clubhouse on Saturday June, 1st from 9am – Noon.

Below is the link for owners to purchase the 2024 Pool Passes. The passes are $20.00 per home. Please print out the form and receipt of purchase and bring with you to the pool area on the date(s) and times provided on the form. Thank you. https://forms.office.com/r/FpZ28Urt7c
