May 31 – Everyone in Sections 1-4 need to register. Pool passes are required. Applications can be obtained from the website or from Consolidated Management. Applications will be placed at the pool once pool has opened.
Fall Community Garage Sale
October 1 – No registration needed. Signs may be used, but must be removed after the sale. The sale is advertised in several community papers and a sign is displayed up front for a week.
POOL REGISTRATION IS NOW DONE BY MAIL
Pool registration is now done by mail to Consolidated Management. Applications can be obtained from our website under documents, Consolidated can mail you a form, and forms are located at the pool.
TENNIS COURT KEYS
The cost $5 is for a new key. Call Eileen Ferris at Consolidated Management at 281-296-9775. If you have an old key, you may exchange for a new key at no cost.
Foxwood Homeowner’s Association governs only the original section of Foxwood which covers Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, and Section 4. These sections are managed by Consolidated Management at 128 Vision Park Blvd., Suite 110, Shenandoah, Texas 77384, 281-296-9775 or 936-296-9775. Residents may contact Eileen Ferris at 281-296-9775.
The newest section of Foxwood is governed by SCS Management at 7170 Cherry Park Drive, Houston, Texas 77095. Residents may contact Beverly McCoy at 281-463-1777.
