Community Garage Sale

It’s time to turn your “I might need this someday” pile into somebody else’s treasure!

Our Community Garage Sale is happening Saturday, October 3, 2026.

Clear out those closets, garages, attics, and mysterious boxes you haven’t opened since the last move, then set up shop right at home.

Not selling? Come stroll the neighborhood, say hi to your neighbors, and hunt for bargains you absolutely did not know you needed until five minutes ago.

End of Pool Season

Neighbors! Labor Day will be the last day the pool is open for the 2026 season. The Foxwood HOA would like to thank all of our 2026 lifeguards for keeping our swimmers safe this past summer.

Storm Drain Protection Notice

To help protect our neighborhood and comply with state environmental laws, please be aware of the following:

  • Only rainwater runoff is permitted in storm drains.
Dumping debris, trash, chemicals, or any other materials is illegal.

  • Violations may result in fines or penalties.
Individuals or companies found in violation of state regulations may be subject to enforcement action.

  • Improper use can cause flooding.
Debris placed in drains can lead to blockages, resulting in drainage backups and potential property damage.

  • Help keep our community safe.
Please do not place anything in storm drains—and do not ignore if you see someone else doing so.

Together, we can protect our neighborhood, prevent flooding, and preserve our local environment.

Annual Assessment

Annual assessments are essential to maintaining the services, amenities, and overall operations of the Foxwood HOA. Assessments are due each year on January 1 and are considered late after January 31.

We understand that unexpected financial hardships can happen. If you are experiencing difficulty making your assessment payment, please contact RealManage as soon as possible. Payment plans may be available for eligible homeowners, and we are committed to working with residents whenever possible to help keep accounts in good standing.

Timely payment of assessments helps ensure the Association can continue providing essential services and meeting its financial obligations for the benefit of the entire community. If you have questions about your account or would like to discuss available options, please contact us at FOXWOOD@CiraMail.com.
