2026 Pool Pass Application and Waiver
To help protect our neighborhood and comply with state environmental laws, please be aware of the following:
Only rainwater runoff is permitted in storm drains.
Dumping debris, trash, chemicals, or any other materials is illegal.
Violations may result in fines or penalties.
Individuals or companies found in violation of state regulations may be subject to enforcement action.
Improper use can cause flooding.
Debris placed in drains can lead to blockages, resulting in drainage backups and potential property damage.
Help keep our community safe.
Please do not place anything in storm drains—and do not ignore if you see someone else doing so.
Together, we can protect our neighborhood, prevent flooding, and preserve our local environment.
