SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION
April 5 & 12, 2014, 10-2 at the pool
The first registration for the Seahawks Swim Team is February 22nd, 10-2 at the pool
All subdivisions are eligible to register. Residents from the original Foxwood (Sections 1-4) are required to have their Foxwood Homeowners dues paid in full.
EASTER EGG HUNT
April 12, 2014
Beginning at 9am at the toddler park for ages 0-5; then ages 6-9; then ages 10-12
Easter Bunny will be there so don’t forget your camera and Easter basket. There will be treat bags, candy, and prize eggs. Come join us.
SPRING COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE
May 3, 2014
The community garage sale is advertised through several of the local community papers, on craig’s list, and a banner placed at entrance. Clean out your closets and garages! No need to register. Patrons drive the subdivision to the individual residences.

Foxwood Homeowner’s Association governs only the original section of Foxwood which covers Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, and Section 4. These sections are managed by Consolidated Management at 2204 Timberloch Place, Suite 245, The Woodlands, Texas 77380. Residents may contact Susan Franz at 281-296-9775.
The newest section of Foxwood is governed by SCS Management at 7170 Cherry Park Drive, Houston, Texas 77095. Residents may contact Elizabeth Pettit at 281-500-7126.

It is required that any homeowner considering improvements or modifications to their property, make application for approval. Said request must be submitted prior to commencing the changes. Forms may be obtained from the website or from Consolidated Management.
