VISIT WITH SANTA

December 18 – 6:30 – 8 PM at Clubhouse

Come visit with Santa. Pick an ornament from the Christmas tree to take home, have a cookie, and get your treat bag. Don’t forget your camera! Please bring an unwrapped toy for donation

SANTA ON FIRE TRUCK

December 19 – 9 AM

Listen for the fire truck sirens to see Santa drive by handling out candy!

CHRISTMAS LIGHTING CONTEST

December 20 – Turn your lights on!

Get your lights ready and turn them on. Judging for contest will take place all month of December. Winners will be awarded on evening of December 20th. Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place.

Note: The judging committee does not consider the number of lights used.

TENNIS COURT KEYS

Cost $5 for new key. Call Susan Franz at Consolidated Management at 281-296-9775. If you have an old key, you may exchange for a new key at no cost.

Foxwood HOA

Foxwood Homeowner’s Association governs only the original section of Foxwood which covers Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, and Section 4. These sections are managed by Consolidated Management at 128 Vision Park Blvd., Suite 110, Shenandoah, Texas 77384, 281-296-9775 or 936-296-9775. Residents may contact Susan Franz at 281-296-9775.

The newest section of Foxwood is governed by SCS Management at 7170 Cherry Park Drive, Houston, Texas 77095. Residents may contact Wendy Sulak at 281-500-7126.

Architectural Control Committee

It is required that any homeowner considering improvements or modifications to their property, make application for approval. Said request must be submitted prior to commencing the changes. Forms may be obtained from the website or from Consolidated Management.
