With the new year rolling in please remember that our yearly HOA Dues should be paid by January 31, 2012.  The dues are $300.00 for each household.  Please contact Susan Franz from Consolidated Management Services with any questions or to set up payment options at 281-296-9775.  Please note that dues paid after January 31, will be considered late and accrue interest starting February 1st

Foxwood HOA

Foxwood Homeowner’s Association governs only the original section of Foxwood which covers Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, and Section 4. These sections are managed by Consolidated Management at 2204 Timberloch Place, Suite 245, The Woodlands, Texas 77380. Residents may contact Susan Franz at 281-296-9775.

The newest section of Foxwood is governed by SCS Management at 7170 Cherry Park Drive, Houston, Texas 77095. Residents may contact Elizabeth Pettit at 281-500-7126.

THE OLD AND NEW SECTIONS ARE COMPLETELY SEPARATE.

Architectural Control Committee

It is required that any homeowner considering improvements or modifications to their property, make application for approval. Said request must be submitted prior to commencing the changes. Forms may be obtained from the website or from Consolidated Management.
