 Community Pool
Every resident needs to register for a pool pass. All maintenance fees must be current. Applications maybe obtained from the box located at the pool gate entrance.

Pool Hours:
Monday- Closed for Maintenance
Tuesday- 12:00 - 8:00pm
Wednesday - 12:00 - 8:00pm
Thursday - 12:00 - 8:00pm
Friday- 12:00 - 8:00pm
Saturday- 12:00 - 8:00pm
Sunday- 1:00 - 8:00pm

Guest Fees: $3.00 per person per day or $15.00 for seven days (can be used one day at a time)

Foxwood Seahawks Swim Team
Foxwood is committed to encourageing all kids ages 5-18, to join & have a splashing goodtime. The swim team has a long tradition of teaching our youth the value of hard work. Competition, fitness and team work.

Every month we search our neighborhood for one house on each side of the boulevard to award the yard of the month. Besides showing our sign, each recipient receives a $25.00 check in appreciation for their efforts to make Foxwood a great place to live!

DEED RESTRICTIONS AND REPAIRS

Deed restriction violations may be reported to Susan at Consolidated Management at 281-296-9775. as will as Tennis court, playground or park repairs.
Forms must be submitted before making repairs, painting,roofing,ect. to your property. A copy may be obtained from susan@consolidatedmgmt.com or at website www.consolidatedmgmt.com
